899ok Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Start Playing

1Definitions & Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between the 899ok platform and all of its users. References to "899ok", "we", or "us" refer to the entity operating the 899ok.bid website and its mobile application.

"Player", "User", and "You" refer to any individual who has registered on or is using 899ok. "Platform" refers to the 899ok.bid website, Android and iOS apps, and all associated services.

"Games" refers to all types of gaming activities available on 899ok, including slots, Live Casino, card games, table games, Sports Betting, and lottery. "Balance" refers to the funds deposited in your account as well as any bonus funds.

2Eligibility & Registration

The following requirements must be met to open an account and play on 899ok:

• You are not on any government-sanctioned or restricted list.

3Account Management

Each person may only hold one account. If the same individual is found operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

You are responsible for the security of your own account. Never share your password with anyone and always make sure to log out. 899ok is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized third-party access to your account.

• Account name, National ID number, and date of birth cannot be changed.
• To change your email address or mobile number, please contact support and complete identity verification.
• Inactive accounts (no activity for 12 months) may be temporarily deactivated — however, your balance will remain intact.
• To close your account voluntarily, submit a request to our support team — all remaining balance will be returned to you.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

899ok accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, DBBL, Visa, and MasterCard. The minimum deposit is ৳200 for mobile payments and ৳500 for bank transfers.

Withdrawal Policy:

• A minimum balance of ৳500 is required in your account to make a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals up to ৳50,000 are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory for withdrawals above ৳50,000.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳5,00,000.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

If unusual activity or suspicious circumstances are detected in any transaction, 899ok reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until verification is completed.

5Bonuses & Promotions

899ok regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page. General bonus policy:

• Welcome Bonus: Applicable to a new player's first deposit only. Each player is eligible for this offer once in a lifetime.
• Wagering Requirement: A wagering requirement of typically 20× to 35× must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. Each bonus carries its own specific wagering requirement.
• Duration: Any bonus not used within 30 days of being credited will expire automatically.
• Maximum Bet: Single bets placed from a bonus balance are generally capped at ৳500.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses apply only to specific games — this will be stated in the offer details.

Misuse of the bonus system — such as claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts or engaging in bonus arbitrage — will result in account closure and forfeiture of all winnings derived from those bonuses upon detection.

6Game & Betting Policy

All games on 899ok operate using an RNG (Random Number Generator) verified by third-party auditors. Game outcomes are not predetermined, and no party is able to manipulate the results.

• Once a bet is confirmed in Sports Betting, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If you are disconnected during a live game, the game state is recovered from the server — the result remains valid.
• If a technical error in any game results in an abnormal payout, 899ok reserves the right to correct that payout.
• If a sports event is cancelled, all bets placed on that event are voided and stakes are refunded.

899ok reserves the right to adjust the minimum and maximum bet limits for any game. Users will be notified on the platform before any changes take effect.

7Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to loss of internet connection, mobile network issues, or a device fault:

• For live games, the last known state is recovered from server logs.
• In slot games, once the reels start spinning, the outcome for that round is already determined — reconnecting will display the result.
• If a bet is lost due to 899ok server downtime, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 899ok and will result in account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Bonus arbitrage, bonus stacking, or exploiting vulnerabilities in the system.
• Using software bots, automation tools, or any form of hacking.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial transactions.
• Harassing or threatening other players.
• Registering using a fake identity or another person's identity.

If such activity is detected, the account will be suspended immediately, all balances will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

9Account Suspension & Closure

899ok may temporarily suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Identity verification (KYC) not yet completed.
• Unusual or suspicious transactions on an account.
• Potential security breaches, such as login attempts from unrecognized IP addresses.
• At the player's own request (self-exclusion).

When an account is suspended, your balance remains safe and can be withdrawn once the issue is resolved. Accounts are never permanently closed without reason, and the reason will be communicated through support.

10Privacy & Data Protection

11Limitation of Liability

Gaming inherently carries financial risk. 899ok is not liable for the following:

• Financial losses resulting from a player's own gaming decisions.
• Losses caused by issues with the player's internet connection or device.
• Losses resulting from sharing account information with a third party.
• Disruptions caused by technical issues on the part of third-party game providers.

However, if any loss occurs due to a fault in 899ok's own servers or systems, we are obligated to provide appropriate compensation or a refund for the affected bet.

12Responsible Gaming

899ok believes gaming is for entertainment — not a means of making money. We encourage every player to game responsibly.

• Self-Exclusion: You can take a break from your account for 30 days, 6 months, or permanently.

14Changes & Updates

• A banner notification will be displayed on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree, please close your account and withdraw your balance before the changes come into effect.
